AMF Fastigheter has confirmed the completion of three major purchases in central Stockholm. The company is the new long-term owner of the three shopping malls Fältöversten, Ringen and Västermalmsgallerian.

A Winter Wonderland of Wine, Mince Pies and an Elf at the Innesco Offices


The Portas Review wasn’t the only major event of Tuesday 13th December – Innesco held its annual Christmas client drinks. As various members of the property industry gratefully took refuge from the winter cold for a glass of wine and a canapé (from the ever-delicious Scarlett’s Pantry) right here in our very own offices.  It was a time for reflection on a busy year for the industry, and looking forward to all that 2012 will bring.

The NPPF; a risk worth taking for the Coalition

Innesco helps launch Europe’s largest urban shopping centre – Westfield Stratford City


 

On the 13th of September 2011, Europe’s new shopping destination next to the Olympic Park opened its doors, offering shoppers the choice of more than 300 retailers with 70 places to eat and drink. Innesco played an integral part with the Corporate Communications team, managing the national, trade and business media on the project since 2009.

Award winning Moffitt joins Innesco


Innesco is pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle Moffitt as Associate Director.

Michelle has previously spent four years with Liberty International – Capital Shopping Centres – as Marketing Manager collecting numerous awards including Marketing Manager of the Year at the 2010 UK Sceptre Awards, and previously worked with international brands including Quiksilver Europe, Rusty’s and Kellogg’s.
