New AD & AM appointments at Innesco

February saw the arrival of two new members of staff to the fast-growing Innesco team. Kevin McKeever joins the property marketing specialist as an Account Director, and Alice Barnard joins as Account Manager.

Kevin has a property background in corporate communications, stakeholder engagement and public affairs. He will be leveraging his experience to provide strategic communications advice to clients including Pradera, the global retail investment specialist, and other asset management, property investment and property development clients. Active in politics, Kevin is engaged in Westminster urban regeneration, housing and commercial property policy debates.

Alice has worked in marketing-communications departments for some of the UK’s top blue-chip companies including House of Fraser and Sky Television. Alice is delighted to join the team at Innesco and is already working with clients including Hammerson, The Wellcome Trust and IKEA Shopping Centres Russia. Alice’s experience also includes working with UK and international fashion retailers, and is looking forward to applying her knowledge to the fashion-retail end of the property sector.

The addition of Kevin and Alice not only increases the size of the team at Innesco, but broadens the range of experience and skills available to existing and future clients. They reflect the company’s recruitment policy to only appoint those with the keen interest and ability to get under the skin of the property industry, and actively contribute to building clients’ reputations.
