WESTFIELD SHOPPINGTOWNS – Stratford City

The £1.45bn Westfield shopping centre project forms the gateway to the London 2012 Olympic Park, and at 1.9 million sq ft of retail and leisure space will be the largest urban shopping centre in Europe when it opens in 2011.

Innesco is working with Westfield on building relations with the national and trade press and managing all aspects of the B2B PR campaign running up to the centre’s opening and beyond.

IKEA – Shopping Centres Russia & CIS

IKEA Shopping Centres Russia & CIS is Russia’s largest shopping centre developer with 12 mega-regional schemes – each with over 150 retailers – and around 2 million sq m of retail space.

The Moscow-based mega-regional mall developer appointed Innesco to support its activities in Russia with targeted brand-alignment presentation materials on corporate and scheme level and a strategic European B2B media-relations campaign as it expands its mall presence from 12 to 15 schemes.

HENDERSON GLOBAL INVESTORS – European Outlet Mall Fund

Innesco was appointed by Henderson Global Investors to manage the B2B media relations of the European Outlet Mall Fund in the UK and Continental Europe, to liaise with the PR and marketing team of their joint venture partner McArthurGlen, to support the fund at industry events, conferences and Fund events and to produce marketing and presentation material for the Fund.

The Fund invests in dominant designer outlet malls in primary locations, directly owning nine leading European outlet malls in France, Italy, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany as well as three UK outlets indirectly – an overall portfolio of 1.2 billion Euros.

IVANHOE CAMBRIDGE – St. Enoch Centre

St. Enoch Centre, Glasgow, is the first UK asset managed by Ivanhoe Cambridge. The centre has recently undergone a £1million extension, which has increased the overall square footage to 765,000. This includes the introduction of the first Hamley’s to Scotland.

Innesco manages the overall trade media relations surrounding the opening of the extension and is in charge of general B2B media relations post-opening as well as the organisation of retailer event and the media booking of the initial print advertising campaign.

THE WELLCOME TRUST – South Kensington Estate

Innesco has been commissioned to design a new website for ‘South Kensington Estate’. The estate is owned by the Wellcome Trust Charity and boasts some of the most prestigious properties in West London. Innesco have designed a site that enables residents and visitors to access information on the estate and have provided a directory of local amenities including restaurants, boutiques and hotels. Furthermore, Innesco has been appointed to manage the B2B PR work for the estate.
